New Online Banking, Bill Payment and Mobile App

Attention QuickBooks, Quicken and Mint Users: Important information regarding
these services has been added to the Questions and Answers at the bottom of this page.

Along with traditional online banking and bill payment services, our new digital platform will introduce some new features and capabilities including a Rhode Island Credit Union branded mobile app. External transfers, Zelle transactions, and credit score availability are just a few examples of what’s to come. The platform will provide a secure but easier log-in process, a more streamlined navigation, and an overall better experience.

Important Questions and Answers

The conversion will take place on August 17th.
Online banking will be unavailable starting on August 16th.
Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning on August 15th.
We are hoping to resume all online services as early in the day as possible on August 17th.
We are anticipating by the afternoon of August 17th.
Bill Pay history will not be converted over but you can download or print any payment history you’d like to preserve prior to the conversion.
Yes, all payees, pending payments and recurring payments will be carried over.
You will use your current Member ID as the User ID in the new digital banking platform.  We will email you instructions regarding your temporary password.  Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your temporary password.
Initially yes, you will be prompted to choose and answer 5 challenge questions simply for back up purposes and not for regular logins. 
A one-time passcode will be sent to you in the manner you select during your initial login.  At various times, you will be prompted for a one-time passcode at login and when you request certain transactions or changes to your account. 
Zelle should be available on August 25th.
You will have access to the same account history as you do today.
Yes, the migration to our new online banking will require you to make changes to your QuickBooks or Quicken software. Although account history will not be impacted, you should complete a data file backup and final transaction download by the 1st Action Date of 8.15.22. The 2nd Action Date is 8.17.22 for the remaining steps of the conversion instructions. You will complete the deactivate/reactivate steps using the instructions in the links below.

Yes, Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for up to 3-5 days.
