Manage Your Security

Each time you sign into your account, you will receive either a text or phone call providing a six-digit code that you’ll need to enter before you can access your online account. It’s just an extra measure to verify your identity.

Here’s how:

  1. Sign in to your online banking account via your computer.
  2. Click Settings (left-side menu).
  3. On the tab menu at the top of the page, click Security.
  4. Slide Require Two-factor Authentication for each Login to the “On” position.
  5. Ensure your contact information with SFFCU is up-to-date and correct (i.e., mobile phone for text messages and any other applicable phone number). This information can be updated under the Contact tab under Settings.
Stay on top of account activity by setting up customizable notifications. You choose when and how you want to be alerted.

Here’s how...

Mobile

  1. Sign in to the mobile app.
  2. Tap More or Menu, then Alerts.
  3. Tap the types of alerts you wish to receive.
  4. Choose how you want us to notify you (email or push notification) and tap Save.

Online Banking

  1. Sign in to your online banking account.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. On the tab menu at the top of the page, click Notifications.
  4. Click the types of alerts you wish to receive.
  5. Choose how you want us to notify you (push, text, email) and click Save.
