Important COVID-19 Information for Our Members

COVID-19 Member Support Program

The Credit Union recognizes many of our members are dealing with increased financial pressures due the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic.  Your State Farm Federal Credit Union has many ways to help members in need, including:

  • Emergency/hardship personal loans (up to $3,000; no payments for 90 days)[*]
  • Loan modifications & deferred payments for existing loans
  • Cash out loans using your Automobile or Truck as collateral

Note: State Farm Federal Credit Union does not offer small business loans, and is not a participating lender in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan program. We suggest members interested in learning about small business loans visit the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) COVID-19 resource page for information.

If you are a member experiencing a direct financial hardship due to COVID-19 and would like more information regarding the options, please contact us at 888-521-5209, 7a – 7p CT, Mon – Fri. One of our specialists will be happy to answer your questions.

To apply for a loan today, login to online banking and access the “Applications” widget. You also may request a loan payment deferment for an existing loan by calling the number listed above.

Member Care Station

Due to the ongoing pandemic and our new ways of working at State Farm, our Corporate Headquarters Member Care Station (MCS) is open with limited hours and days of operation.  For the safety of our members and staff, all transactions are conducted at the walk-up window.

Directions: The Corporate MCS is located on the south side of Corporate HQ (faces Oakland Avenue).  Upon entering the building, the MCS walk-up window is to the right of the Security desk.  Members DO NOT have to go through Security to access the MCS walk-up window.

[*] Loan approvals are based on a number of factors including membership eligibility and underwriting guidelines.  Approval amounts may vary. One loan allowed per member.

Payment example:  A $3,000 COVID-19 personal loan financed with SFFCU at 8.00% APR with a 36-month term will have a monthly payment of $94.01.
